Trained by the
manufacturers.
Every system we install is backed by direct manufacturer certification, not a YouTube tutorial. We hold 60+ active installer credentials, partner certifications, and continuing education credentials from the industry's leading material manufacturers, with new certificates added as Raf earns them. Below is the documented portion of that portfolio.
Certifications separate technicians from salespeople.
Foundation repair is engineering. The right material on the wrong wall type fails predictably. Manufacturer-level training is how we know, with evidence, that the repair we specify will hold. We don't work with products we're not certified to install.

Raf at World of Concrete, with one of the senior instructors behind the certifications above. He's holding the official Repairing Concrete Cracks: Evaluation & Selection of Repair Methods training booklet.
The certificates come from people, not paperwork.
Most contractors collect a certificate online and never speak to the people who wrote it. Raf attends World of Concrete and the manufacturer trainings in person every year. The instructors there are the ones who literally write the standards we install to.
That matters when a repair gets weird. When a wall behaves in a way the textbook doesn't quite cover, having sat in a classroom with the engineer who designed the system means we can call them — and we have. Foundation repair is small enough that the people who matter are reachable, and Raf knows most of them by name.

Stego Vapor Barrier Installation & ASTM E1643
Stego Industries is the leading US manufacturer of below-slab vapor barrier systems (Stego Wrap), the product used on commercial and residential concrete slabs to control moisture migration from soil into finished space. This Stego continuing education program (May 20, 2026, presented by Dayne Dietrich) covered the ASTM E1643 standard — the industry specification for selection, design, installation, and inspection of water-vapor retarders used under concrete slabs in contact with earth or granular fill. The training is directly applicable to our basement waterproofing work, where a correctly installed vapor barrier under any new slab or above any crawl-space dirt floor is what separates a permanently dry basement from one that keeps weeping moisture through the concrete despite a working drainage system.

AIM Mycotoxin Removal Training
Goldmorr is the manufacturer of the AIM (Airborne Indoor Mycotoxin Removal) protocol — a professional fogging and decontamination system for airborne mycotoxins. When prolonged moisture causes mold and mycotoxin contamination in basements and crawl spaces, surface cleaning is not enough; AIM addresses the contamination at the molecular level rather than wiping a surface and hoping. As certified Goldmorr applicators (Certification #116315137), we integrate proper mycotoxin remediation with our waterproofing work so the underlying moisture cause and the airborne aftermath are both addressed in one project.

HMI 2023 Polyurethane Certification Exam
The HMI Polyurethane Certification Exam is the formal knowledge benchmark for technicians working with expanding polyurethane systems — slab lifting, void filling, soil stabilization, and structural injection. Passing the 2023 exam (July 13, 2023, signed by the President of HMI) confirms mastery of polyurethane chemistry, equipment operation, diagnostic procedure, and field protocol. We hold this certification on top of the HMI 2-Day Concrete Raising and Soil Improvement seminars, so the polyurethane work we perform on driveways, garage floors, and below-slab soil stabilization is backed by manufacturer-level credentialing.
