Most foundation contractors warranty 1 to 5 years. We warranty the life of the structure, and the warranty transfers automatically if you sell the home.
Below: the full terms, with no fine print.
Lifetime is for structural cracks fixed with full-wall carbon fiber. Everything else has its own warranty — just shorter.
When the diagnosis points to a structural crack and the repair Raf recommends includes carbon fiber reinforcement applied across the full wall, that specific work is backed for the life of the structure — and the warranty transfers automatically if you sell.
A $200 surface patch is not a lifetime-warrantied repair. Crack injection only, masonry repair, drainage corrections, and other targeted work come with workmanship warranties — typically 1 to 5 years, documented in writing on every job. The two-tier breakdown below spells out exactly what qualifies for lifetime and what doesn't.
What qualifies for lifetime coverage.
The lifetime transferable warranty is reserved for one specific repair geometry: structural crack + full-wall carbon fiber reinforcement. Other repairs come with their own warranties — workmanship-grade, documented, just not for the life of the structure.
Structural crack + full-wall carbon fiber reinforcement
When the diagnosis is a structural crack and the repair includes carbon fiber spanning the full wall (not spot-strapping), the work is backed for the life of the structure. Why this combination: full-wall carbon fiber distributes load across the entire wall section, which prevents the original crack from re-opening and locks adjacent areas against new movement.
- Structural-grade epoxy injection across the full crack depth
- Carbon fiber reinforcement spanning the full wall, top to bottom
- Anchored into the foundation footing and the sill plate
- Lifetime, transferable to the next owner with no fee
Crack injection, drainage, masonry, and other targeted work
Standalone crack injections, drainage and waterproofing systems, and masonry restoration come with workmanship and material warranties — typically 1 to 5 years, documented in writing on every job. We honor those exactly the same way we honor the lifetime, the term is just shorter.
- Crack injection only — workmanship warranty per the signed agreement
- Drainage and waterproofing — installation warranty plus manufacturer coverage
- Masonry and surface repair — typically 1-year workmanship warranty
- Exact term in writing on your quote and on the signed warranty document
Raf's rule: the lifetime warranty isn't a marketing line, it's a structural commitment. We only put our name on it when the repair geometry — full-wall carbon fiber on a properly diagnosed structural crack — actually warrants forever. Promising lifetime on a $400 hairline injection would be dishonest, because the math behind a true lifetime guarantee doesn't hold up at that scope. Shorter warranties exist for shorter-scope work, and they're still real warranties.
For the life of the structure
- Crack reopening at the repaired locationIf a structural epoxy or polyurethane injection we performed reopens, we return and re-inject at no charge.
- Water seepage through the repaired sectionIf water finds its way through a crack we sealed, even years later, we come back and fix it.
- Bond failure on carbon fiber reinforcementFortress carbon fiber strap delamination, anchor failure, or compromised bond is covered for the life of the structure.
- Stabl Wall installer workmanshipAnchor placement, strap tension, and load distribution issues on Stabl Wall installations we performed.
- Documented & transferable to the next ownerCoverage transfers automatically when you sell the home. The next homeowner inherits the warranty without paperwork or fees.
Honest exclusions
- New cracks unrelated to our workIf a different section of the foundation cracks years later (different cause, different location), it's a new repair, not a warranty claim.
- Damage from major eventsEarthquakes, floods, fires, or large-scale earthworks adjacent to the property that compromise the foundation are excluded.
- Cosmetic-only repairsSurface patching, paint matching, or cosmetic finish work is warrantied for 1 year. Lifetime coverage applies to structural repairs.
- Modifications by other contractorsIf another contractor alters or works on the repaired section after us, the warranty on that section ends.
Three things most warranties don't have.
Coverage never expires
Most foundation problems show up in years 3-7. That's exactly when 1- and 5-year warranties expire. Ours doesn't, ever.
Sells with the home
Transferable means the next owner inherits coverage automatically. Buyers and home inspectors treat this as a documented asset at closing.
No deductible, no fine print
We don't charge you for re-inspection or labor on a warranty claim. We come back, we fix it, and you don't see a bill.
Three steps. No friction.
Filing a warranty claim should not feel like fighting an insurance company. It's straightforward.

Lifetime warranty, answered.
Is the warranty really lifetime?
Yes, for the life of the structure. As long as the building stands and the repaired section hasn't been altered by another contractor, our coverage applies.
What does 'transferable' mean exactly?
If you sell the home, the warranty transfers automatically to the new owner with no paperwork or transfer fee. We honor it the same way for them as for you. Buyers and home inspectors love this, it removes a major question mark from the closing process.
What if your company isn't around in 20 years?
We've been in business since 2002 and have no plans to go anywhere. The warranty is a written agreement attached to the property, and we maintain records of every repair we've ever performed. If something goes wrong in year 25, we'll have the file.
How is this different from a 5-year warranty?
Most foundation contractors offer 1, 5, or 10 years. Many failures show up in years 3-7, exactly when shorter warranties expire or end. Lifetime coverage means the contractor is forced to do the job right the first time, because they own the long-term risk. That's why we build every repair to last.
Do all your services qualify for lifetime coverage?
No — and we're upfront about it. Lifetime coverage is reserved for one specific repair geometry: a structural crack repaired with full-wall carbon fiber reinforcement (combined with deep epoxy injection). That's the work Raf signs off on for the life of the structure. Other repairs — standalone crack injection, drainage corrections, masonry, basement waterproofing, cosmetic patching — all come with their own warranties (typically 1 to 5 years, documented in writing). Same craftsmanship, just shorter terms. Raf tells you which warranty applies during the on-site inspection, before you sign anything.
Why can you afford to offer this?
Because we fix the root cause, not the symptom. When we do the job correctly the first time, warranty calls are rare. The cost of the warranty is built into the repair price, but it's a fraction of what we'd spend if we cut corners and had to redo work. See the 68% case study on our blog for the math.
Every qualifying repair includes a signed warranty document.
Delivered on the final walkthrough (Day 4 of the project). Includes the repaired location, materials used, your name, the date, and the transferable terms. Keep it with your closing documents, the next homeowner will want it.
